Belagavi: “A question paper demands a deep comprehension of the subject from a
student. Students must be filled with confidence to match such competence”, was the spontaneous answer given by SSLC Topper-2 Mohammed Kaif Mulla, when asked how the poor results in Balagavi district can be improved.A felicitation to the second top scorer in SSLC was organised by the Zilla Panchayat in the city. He was honored with a Gandhian Khadi scarf.The ZP Chief Executive Officer R. Ramachandran, who was inspired by the success story of Kaif Mulla, expressed with the district’s top education officers that the SSLC results in the districts were somewhat satisfactory than the results in the PUC.
