Belagavi: Rani Chennamma University signed a MoU with Institutional Relations of Hire-Mee as part of its Initiative to enhance the employability of its graduate students. Hire- Mee will serve as a catalyst between the recruiters and aspiring applicants from all colleges under the university in North Karnataka Region. According to an RCU press release, it is a free online app-based platform under corporate social responsibility efforts for students and recruiters. Students are assessed by tests on the digital platform and companies have access to the same platform.

Providing an opportunity to the students of all its affiliated colleges, Rani Channamma University is playing a significant role in providing qualified manpower in Science, Social Science (Arts), Commerce and Business Management. The Hire-Mee team will administer Computer-based tests for students. This will enable students to identify priorities of employment, bridge skill gaps and enhances the employability.

The assessment tests by Hire-Mee covers Verbal Aptitude, Quantitative Aptitude, Logical –Reasoning, Technical Computer Fundamentals, Behavioral Aptitude, Communication and Technical Core Domain Knowledge. The students can upload Video statement/Resume for Recruiters to spot the candidates on the Hire-Mee Mobile Application to articulate their aspirations, demonstrate their Communication Skills and share their Technical strengths for recruiters to assess their employability. The results of these assessments are in the form of seven digital score, which becomes an integral part of a student’s profile. This will make possible to shortlist the worthy Job seekers directly from Hire-Mee Recruitment Platform.
